Lettog is a network of like minded letting agents and landlords that looks at ways of collectively reducing our carbon footprint.

LETTOG Letting Agents

At LETTOG we plan to offer advice and assistance to our members for reducing the impact of their individual businesses on the environment in terms of green house gas emissions.

With LETTOG our objective is to utilise and share duplicate resources from within our network of letting agents. We plan through our membership to localise and share property travel events such as viewings and maintenance to within a single postcode. This means that there will be a reduction in trips and distances bringing an improvement in response times for agents, landlords and tenants. All this and the carbon footprint is getting a bit lighter at the same time.

At the same time LETTOG will be advising Landlords on how they can improve the energy efficiency of the properties.

Lettog also has plans to collate and manage the information from the Energy Performance Certificates for each property to work with landlords in many different ways to improve the efficiency of the fabric and services of their portfolio. This consultation will include access to heavily discounted products and services (e.g. green boilers & heating systems, solar and energy efficient water heating systems, thermal glass and solar reflective windows and insulation products).

We are also looking to make greener utility resources available in landlord properties through partnerships with the gas and electricity industries. In this way we hope to bring preferential rates for LETTOG landlords and stability in supply and cost for tenants.
